Monthly classes schedule
We offer a fantastic rotation of classes throughout the month to keep your Pilates journey exciting and beneficial! Here’s what you can expect:
- Week 1: Standing Up Pilates with Weights Join us for the first week of every month for our dynamic Standing Up Pilates class. This session focuses on balance, posture, and strength, all while staying on your feet. The added small weights help to gently challenge your muscles and improve bone density. Want to know more? Read about the wonderful benefits of Standing Up Pilates!
- Week 2: Basic Mat Pilates The second week is all about getting back to the foundations. This is a wonderfully accessible class with no equipment needed—just you, your mat, and your beautiful body! We’ll focus on core principles, breathing, and controlled movement.
- Week 3: Floor Pilates & Relaxation Settle down for a nourishing session in the third week where we focus on Floor Pilates using a soft stability ball. This can help support your movements and deepen your stretches. We finish with some lovely breathing techniques to leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed and grounded.
- Week 4: Pilates Mash-Up Ready for a brilliant blend? The fourth week brings you our popular Pilates Mash-Up! We kick off with a calming Tai Chi warm-up, before moving into a mix of standing and floor exercises with resistant bands.
- Week 5: Bonus Pilates (When applicable!) If the month treats us to a fifth week, you get a special Bonus Pilates class with resistant loops! This is often a fun, themed, or extended session to give you that extra lift before the new month begins!
Please note: You will need to bring your own mat (see my blog about my own mat research and recommendations), towel and bottle of water to drink and wear stretchy fitness wear.
Optional Equipment required: dumbbells (1kg max), resistance band and loop, small Pilates ball.
